2007. This is an interesting variation of the Telecaster produced by Fender from 2004 to 2007. Only 700 units were made of this color (Vintage White) and 700 of Black Cherry Burst. To begin with, it’s like a Telecaster Thinline, but has a cutaway also at the upper part to allow access to the highest notes. Ash body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. This guitar represents a mix of many characteristics of Fender and Gibson. It incorporates two Seymour Duncan pickups P-90, 3 positions switch, volume and tone controls. It has a Gibson style tune-o-matic type bridge and stop bar. The radius of the fretboard is 9.5" and the 25.5" scale, all very Fender. All the hardware has a very particular smoky metallic color. The combination of the P-90 with the long scale provides a noticeable extra twang. A minimalist guitar, comfortable and very addictive.
